Under Knee On Stomach – 2 Techniques

Do you have any escapes from under the Knee On Stomach position? A lot of guys don’t.

There’s a bunch of escapes available, but here’s a couple unique techniques you can start with now. It’s always good to have more than one for each situation in your “bag of tricks!”

Techniques in the video:

1- Underscoop shin, push stomach —> Go to Knee Bar

2 – Grab wrist, put foot to bicep, underhook other leg —–> Reversal.
